Who we are
GlutaFree (glutafree.co.uk) is published by Oceanus Group. For anything about your data, use our contact page.
What we collect, and why
- When you contact us: your name, email address and message, so we can reply. We keep them only as long as we need to answer and follow up, and no longer than two years.
- Saved recipes and ingredient ticks: kept in your own browser on your device. They are not sent to us.
- The newsletter: not open yet. When it opens, this notice will say what joining involves before you sign up.
- Keeping the site running: our hosting records technical details such as your IP address, the pages requested and the time, to keep the site secure and working.
Advertising
GlutaFree is paid for partly by advertising from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this site and other sites. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services. You can turn off personalised advertising in Google's ad settings, and learn about other companies' choices at aboutads.info. In the UK, advertising cookies are used only as your choice in the consent message allows, and you can change that choice at any time. Our cookie policy lists what is used.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent you have given. Ask through our contact page. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
